Merge PDF files
Add two or more PDFs, drag them into the order you want, and download one combined document. Every file is opened, changed and saved by your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, nothing is stored, and no account is needed.
- Combine any number of PDFs into a single file
- Reorder documents before merging
- No page limit and no file size cap beyond your own device
- Free, with no watermark on the result
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The merge happens inside this browser tab, so the files are read by the page and never sent anywhere. There is nothing on a server to delete afterwards, and no account to make.
Do bookmarks and links survive a merge?
No, and it is worth knowing before you send the result on. Each page is copied into a brand new document, which carries the page content and nothing else, so an outline, link annotations and accessibility tags do not come across. The pages themselves are unchanged, including a landscape page, which stays landscape.
Is there a limit on how many files, or how large they can be?
There is no cap set by us. Everything is held in the tab while it works, so the real limit is the memory on the device you are using rather than a plan or a tier.
Does the combined file carry a watermark?
No. Merge is one of the free tools, the result has no mark on it, and you do not need to sign in to use it.
